Consider Receiving the FY 2016-17 First Quarter Employee and Non-Employee Out-of-State Travel Report. BACKGROUND/RATIONALE

The employeeout-of-state travel for the First Quarter of FY2016-17 totals $57,793.59,with $-L3,240.02grant funded and $44,553.57 funded by the District Operating Program. There are

no non-employeetravel expensesto report. Attachment I summarizesthe trips that were taken in the First Quarter, and Attachment 2 provides a detailed description of the justification for the trip, as wellas the nature of the expenses.
