Mid-Maine Homeless Shelter proposes to construct a new homeless shelter with an 8,000 square foot footprint at 19 Colby Street and requests review as follows: 1. In accordance with Article 4, Informal Pre-application Review, of the Site Plan Review Ordinance, and 2. In accordance with Section 4.3.13, Homeless Shelters, of the Zoning Ordinance.
