Eat Smart New York (ESNY) nutrition classes offered by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County will occur Mondays in December. Participants will learn how to stretch their food dollars, plan and prepare easy meals, and make healthy choices for themselves and their families.

Tong Ren Healing Class - Join Sarah Niebank (Practitioner), Mondays at noon. In Tong Ren Healing classes the intention is opening blockages in our body's natural flow of Bioelectricity, or Chi (Qi) that have manifested as pain, illness, diseases, and chronic conditions. Tong Ren has been described as "Acupuncture without needles". Tong Ren is a blend of Eastern Wisdom and Western Anatomy and Physiology. No physical contact is necessary in Tong Ren Healing. Toastmasters Club - Do you want to become a confident public speaker and strong leader? Stop by the library the 1st or 3rd Tuesday of the month to learn what the club is all about. Happy Stampers Club - Meets the second Wednesday of the month to share their love of stamping. They create cards, scrapbook pages, home decor, and more. There is no charge to observe, but a modest materials fee will be collected from those making a project.
