Meant to demonstrate gratitude to those who have served and continue to serve their country, the ceremony includes performances by students, presentations by local elected officials and much more. A reception will follow at Sultan City Hall including refreshments and a display of historical artifacts. See you there!

Parking in cul-de-sacs inhibits the access of emergency vehicles, which require adequate space to swiftly navigate city roadways in the course of an emergency incident. Residents will notice signs in accordance with the new regulations. The city is offering a three-month grace period in which fines will be waived and warnings will be issued. The grace period is in effect as of November 1, 2017. 15 MINUTE PARKING IN SCHOOL ZONE A 15-minute load/unload zone is in effect Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the east and west side of 4th Street near the elementary school. There is an additional 15-minute zone on the north side of Date Avenue from 4th Street to east of the school driveway.

Grand Opening Celebration You are invited to join the Grand Opening of Farmers Insurance November 13, 11:00 AM 403 W. Stevens Ave. Sultan

Citywide address changes moving forward The city is working to readdress properties in Sultan city limits to assure congruence between the addresses and the location information in SNOPAC’s 911 emergency communication system. The project will begin at 4th Street and High Avenue, extend north to Willow, east to 311th and west on Wisteria. Properties located in this vicinity MAY be affected by the project, which is meant to facilitate greater address uniformity in city limits.
