Ref : - This Office Supply order of even no. to M/ s. Best 0 fine Systems, Kochi dtd.09-02-2012. The Department has already supplied Sharp DLP Multimedia Projectors to most of the offices for exhibiting road safety film shows and conducting awareness campaigns among the public as part of the road safety awareness. In this regard, as per the above reference, M/ s. Best 0 fine Systems, No. 23, Cherupushpam Lane, Kadavanthra, Ernakulam, Kochi - 682 020 has been directed to supply the said equipment to those sub offices who have not been allotted with one projector each. The Officers concerned are directed to take stock of the equipment, verify whether it is in good condition and to forward the acceptance certificate to this office after having a successful demonstration of the product by the suppliers. The equipments should be covered by warranty for one year together with 3 years Annual Maintenance Contract as per the contract. You are also directed to forward the Bills towards cost of equipments along with warranty certificate and Bank guarantee for an amount equivalent to 5% of the total cost of the equipments as specified in schedule B of the Rate Contract. The supplier is also responsible for a demonstration of equipments and training at each delivery points. The payment towards supply shall be effected only after the acceptance report received from Heads of the above offices.
