10.01 Sign-In and Sign-Out Sheets Policy: It is the policy of Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc., to know the location of all staff during their working hours in case of emergency. Procedure: All staff members are required to sign in and out legibly on designated sign-in and sign-out logs. All staff will take the following steps: 1. Logs will be legible. 2. Each staff member will sign in and out as appropriate. Staff out of the building may call a member of the support team and ask that they sign out for them. 3. Logs will be specific, listing time in/out and destination. 4. The support team will maintain these records.
